How long will it take to complete my box order?

Custom Boxes Peak has a turnaround time of 8 to 10 business days after final clearance.

What file format do you need for printing?

We require a AI, PDF, PSD, EPS or CDR format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi for printing.

How can I get Custom Boxes?

Customizing the complete box with your own design file is not a big deal. We have a designers on hand who can work rapidly to layout the artwork and can work on your design for free. Custom printed boxes are now only a single click away!

 
What is the method to place an order?

You can place your order for boxes in four simple steps. First, submit your quote request, then send us an email or upload your artwork. After digital proof approval and payment confirmation, your order will be sent to production.

Is it possible to have printing on both the inside and outside of the box?

Sure! You can have your boxes printed on both the inside and outside. Our company provides numerous customization possibilities as well as double printing. You can change the printing on your bespoke box in any manner you like. Simply tell us about your artwork design, and we’ll do the rest.

No, we have no minimum requirement for order. You place an order of any amount for boxes.

Yes, we do provide a rush service plan with 6 or 8 business days for a little charge.

Can I create custom boxes using my own artwork and design?

Yes, we specialize in custom printing, so you can have your own artwork printed. Our team can assist you in making your bespoke boxes stand out by using your style’s logo, text, and images.

How can I know what the end product will look like?

We usually work with digital proofs, including flat and 3D views for approval, so everyone understands exactly how the box will look after printing and assembling. Furthermore, for large wholesale orders, we provide a physical sample for a little sampling cost to confirm that everything is in accordance with customer requirements.

Can you get the wholesale price?

We have a special program with significant discounts for resellers and wholesale dealers. If you order in bulk, you can obtain discounted prices and a sample box.

Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

We provide free 5-day ground shipping to any ONE LOCATION PER ORDER within the United States. However, we also entertain thousands of consumers in the United States, Australia, and Canada.
