Offset (litho) printing

Digital printing
Ideal for short runs, test batches and designs with lots of variation. There are no printing plates, so smaller orders stay affordable.
UV printing
Inks are cured instantly with UV light, giving vivid colour on a wider range of surfaces, including kraft and speciality boards.
Colour: CMYK and Pantone
Most designs are printed in full colour using CMYK. If your brand uses a specific shade, we can match it with a Pantone (PMS) colour for closer consistency across every order. Tell us your brand colours when you request a quote and we will advise on the best approach.
Print Inside, Outside or Both
Printing the inside of a box creates a memorable unboxing moment, a hidden message, a pattern or a thank-you note your customer sees when they open it. It is especially popular on custom shipping boxes and subscription packaging.

Getting the Best Print Quality
A few simple choices make a big difference to how your printed boxes look in real life.
Choose the right board for your design
White paperboard gives the brightest colours and the sharpest detail. Kraft board gives a natural, earthy look, but colours print darker and softer, so bold, simple designs work best on it. If you want bright full-colour print on a natural-looking box, we can laminate a printed white sheet onto kraft or corrugated board.
Think about every panel
Customers turn boxes over. Use the sides and back for your story, product benefits, instructions, social handles or a QR code. The bottom panel is a good place for barcodes and legal text, keeping the front clean.
Allow for bleed and safe zones
Extend background colours and images 3 mm past the cut line (bleed) and keep text at least 3 mm inside it. This stops thin white edges or trimmed text after cutting. Our free dieline template shows exactly where each panel, fold and glue flap sits.
Proof carefully
Check spelling, colours, barcodes and contact details on your digital proof before approving. Once printing starts, changes mean reprinting the whole run.
